// Why Samong Code

Learning that respects your time and intelligence.

We focus on what actually helps: clear explanations, real projects, and a mentor who knows your work by name.

Mentor-Led from Day One

Every course includes a named mentor who reads your exercises, reviews your code, and responds to your questions — not a forum bot.

Built Around Real Projects

Each module is anchored to a small, concrete project — something you finish, reflect on, and add to your portfolio rather than shelve after a quiz.

Designed for Part-Time Learners

Courses are structured for people who have jobs, obligations, and a limited number of focused hours per week — not for full-time students.

Honest About Difficulty

We describe what each course demands before you commit. Prerequisites are stated plainly; we do not sell courses to learners who are not yet ready for them.

Theory Sits Next to Practice

Concepts are introduced through working examples. You read an idea, see it in code, and then apply it — the notebook model, made into a curriculum.

Based in Bangkok, Available Online

Our team works from Watthana, Bangkok. Courses are fully online and open to learners across Thailand and the region, with scheduling suited to Southeast Asian time zones.

// Common Questions

Things people ask before enrolling.

What level of experience do I need to join?
It depends on the course. Data Foundations asks for basic programming familiarity — something like knowing how to write a loop in Python. Computer Vision Essentials expects you to be comfortable with Python and have covered core ML concepts. The AI Engineering Mentorship is our most demanding track and suits those who have already built some ML projects. We describe these requirements on the course page and are happy to advise if you write to us.
How much time do I need each week?
Most learners spend around eight to twelve hours per week, spread across evenings and a weekend session. The courses are designed with working schedules in mind, so there are no live sessions you must attend at a fixed time. You set the pace within the module's overall structure.
How does the mentoring work?
You submit your exercises and project work through our platform. Your mentor reads what you have written, leaves specific comments, and responds to any questions you have raised. On the AI Engineering track, you also have scheduled one-to-one sessions where you can work through problems together. We aim to respond to submissions within two working days.
What is the payment process?
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht. Payment is made in full before the course begins. We accept bank transfer and major cards. If you would prefer to pay in stages, get in touch and we can discuss what is possible for longer tracks like the AI Engineering Mentorship.
Is there a certificate when I finish?
Yes. Upon completing a course and its project requirements, you receive a digital certificate from Samong Code. The AI Engineering Mentorship also produces a portfolio piece — a finished project you can show to employers or clients — which we find carries more weight in practice than the certificate alone.
How is my personal data handled?
We collect only what we need to run the course and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. You can read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
